The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of a blanket application filed on August 1, 2008 by Freeport LNG Development, L.P. to export  on a short-term or spot market basis up to 24 Bcf of previously imported LNG cumulatively over a two year period  from the United States to the following international desitinations: United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, Japan, South Korea, India, China, Taiwan, France and Italy.  Environmental Assessment (EA) issued by FERC March 2009. Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) issued by DOE May 27, 2009. Order 2644 granting authorization to export liquefied natural gas issued May 28, 2009.
